Terms
The terms on which you use this website. The SmartBOS service itself is covered by a separate agreement.
What this site is
These pages describe SmartBOS and how it is intended to work. They are information, not an offer, and nothing here forms a contract.
What it describes
SmartBOS is in active development and its first businesses arrive in 2027. Where this site describes what SmartBOS does, it describes what it is being built to do. Dates and scope may move; a description that stops being accurate is corrected or removed rather than softened.
Using the SmartBOS service
If you use SmartBOS itself, that use is governed by the agreement presented when a business is created — not by this page.
Contact
Contact and company details are published here before the service opens to its first businesses.
